I'm in any normal paragraph, then right click and go to Bullets and Numbering > Options.

Here I have 10 levels and can config them separately. But how do I use other levels other than lvl1?

I wanted to use "FB1." for lvl1, "FB1.1." with some indent for lvl2, and so on. But I can't find how to use them :(

Also, how do I create new numbering styles? I see I can apply numbering styles to paragraph styles, and using the Bullets and Numbering dialog I can config current set style. But I don't see how to create new styles.

Format > Bullets and numbering > Options:

For numbering, set "None". Then use the "Before" and "After"

For styles, have you tried to right click and select "New"?
