Is it possible setup automatic update and not only automatic checking or downloading?

I'm sure the correct answer to the OP's question is :

No, it is not possible to set up automatic update. You can only have automatic checking and downloading.

If you use Linux LO will update automatically, though. Although it takes some time before you get each new version.

Do you mean an auto-install of the downloaded file? That is not working now

As of LibreOffice 3.5, Automatic Updates are now available.

From http://www.libreoffice.org/download/3-5-new-features-and-fixes/:

LibreOffice checks for updates automatically at user defined intervals, and allows manual download of the newest version. (Jan Holešovsky)
