I am just wondering why there is no streamlined, for sre, process to do this with a macro. I am amazed. some developer would hit a gold mind if he made something like this. will OO or LO ever think about doing this?

Are you asking if there’s a way to use MS-Word’s autocorrect functionality from within LO Writer?
LibreOffice has its own autocorrect system. Perhaps you’re interested in tweaking your own autocorrect settings?
If you do have an improvement you’d like to suggest for the Autocorrect feature, please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information about this new feature as possible. Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
