Ok, I need some help

Trying to make a file with hebrew and english as follows.

Hebrew…English

so far I have Hebrew on the left side with a right tab at .75 inches. I seems I can do nothing more without getting the hebrew to shift around. My problem lies in that Hebrew is written right to left and English is left to right. I just want to make sure the Hebrew goes no further than .75".

What do you think about using two columns? One on the left for Hebrew, and one on the right for English:

Okay, I just went and played with some text (in English):

• Set a single tab stop in the horizontal middle of my page
• Entered some text, added a [Tab], then typed some stuff in the “right column” I created
• Editing either chunk of text worked well, and both were roughly independent

I was thinking about the layout: Given that English is LTR and Hebrew is RTL, why not put English on the left and Hebrew on the right? Will LibreOffice allow you to place those two on the same line?
