Hi, I'm currently trying to insert furigana (the small characters above the kanji) in Impress. I customized the format menu to include Asian Phonetic Guide like in writer but it's greyed out and won't let me click it.
unfortunately it is not possible to add furigana in impress as it is in writer. It just isn't implemented. (AFAIK Powerpoint doens't provide a way either)
You have to add the readings after the kanji in brackets, or fiddle with text-boxes.
