Transparent image as hyperlink?

Is there some way to insert a transparent image and use it as a hyperlink?

I’d like to have 2 of these - one covering the left half of the slide and the other the right - serving as back/next buttons.

On the last slide, I’d like to link to a web page.

Is there any way to make this happen?

Insert your image. Right click on the image > Interaction… and set the appropriate action at mouse click.
