Hi there! I wanted to know: is it possible to export a spreadsheet from Calc as a pdf file so it is not divided in pages? Usually, I want my whole spreadsheet displayed on only one page, so tables are not cut into pieces and scattered all over the document... Cheers!

You have two options:

1) Shrink the data so that it fits your preferred page size (e.g. A4 or Letter). This is important if you eventually want to print the PDF. Just go to Format, Page, Sheet tab, Scale options, for Scaling mode choose "Fit print range(s) on number of pages", and set Number of Pages to 1 (Obviously if you try to fit a huge amount of data into a single normal sized page, the font will be reduced to an unreadable size)

2) Increase the page size so that all data at a normal font size (e.g. 12 points) fits into it. The easiest way is to go to File, Page Preview, Format Page, Page tab, and modify the page Width and Height. This doesn't make sense for printing but it works perfectly if the PDF is only to be viewed on screen.

"View|Page break preview" also shows where page breaks occur so you can easily see where the space is lacking. You can also drag the blue lines to have it break at a different position or set the scaling using this view (dragging the blue lines to make everything fit sets the scaling)

Yes you can do it Go to File > Export as PDF... , here you have a new window with Tabs (on Mac OSX), click on the tabs "Initial View" and choose your options you want in "Magnification" and / or "Page Layout"

Thank you for your response. Could you be more specific? I tried every option in "Magnification" and "Page layout" and it didn't have any effect on the result.
