Page-orientation in f.e. Calc

Hi all,

I use LibreOffice in Windows 7 64 bit and I have a HP Laserjet 1018.

I can not change the page orientation from a document in landscape and print that in landscape. I tried to change the setting of the printer, preview shows well, but afterwards the print is in portrait.

By using ‘opmaak’ ‘format’ does not work.

Can someone help me?

Kind regards,

JanFlorijn

I think I see the problem.

I work with the dutch language.
In some dialogs there will be in english a button: “Apply”.
The translation to dutch has been made: “Herstellen”
This word can in english be explained as: undo, recover.

Using this button after changing page-orientation works good.

For the dutch translators: Must the word “Herstellen” not change in “Toepassen”?

Kind regards,

Jan Flikweert

On this wiki page you will find three names whom you could email about the wrong translation: Language Teams - The Document Foundation Wiki

What does it do if you select Landscape from Format → Page.

Another useful thing is “Printing ranges” in the Format menu. http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=63485

Thanks for your reply.

I removed the latest release and installed the previous release. Than the problem is solved.

I realize that this is not a real solution.

I tried everything, buth it did not work.

I will install the newest release again and trie your 2 solutions. After then I will post a replie.

Kind regards,

Perhaps try running the spadmin utility from the command prompt. This can be used to permanently set printer definitions.
