Insert new page in MIDDLE of text document

Earlier I asked how do I insert a new page in a text document. I was told of Insert → Manual Break-> Page Break->Style. This ended up inserting a page at the END of my document. How do I insert a page in the MIDDLE of my document?

The question referred to is Insert new page

Those instructions should create the page break wherever your insertion point (flashing bar) is currently located. This starts a new page. Doing it a second time will create an entire, blank new page in your document.

The same thing can be achieved with Ctrl-enter (Cmd-enter for macs).

You do realise that you can position your insertion point anywhere in your document and just start typing to insert new text or insert a picture or anything else, right? Apologies if this is too basic, but I have known people who didn’t realise this.
