Hi I have may calc files ods files , What I want to do is have all these ods file in one file with different sheets . can u tell me how to do it manually rather copy and past and how to automate it if possible .

How many is many?
You can move sheets into a different file by right click on the tab > Move/Copy Sheet ...
If you put too many sheets into one file, switching between them by scrolling to the right tab might not be easier than just loading all of the files and switching via the Window menu.
Not to speak of possible stability issues.
