LO BASE chart fails inside report S1000

Hi im now 3days inside the problem ind so i think its time for a post

system is LO 4.0.2.2 out of ppa launchpad.net
Reportbuilder 1.2.3
Java 7.0.25
Ubuntu 10.04 (not upgradeable for Devels reason on project)

im using inside Databases nothing external for the Tables the main data is importet via CALC by Copy Paste

SQL i use in both to get the List out of the table and the chart inside the report
SELECT “test”.“Buchstabe”, SUM( “test”.“Anzahl” ) AS “Anzahl” FROM “test” GROUP BY “Buchstabe”

Error is SQL-Status: S1000
infomationan on error is
GERMAN Eine Ausnahme vom Typ com.sun.star.lang.WrappedTargetException wurde entdeckt.
ENGLISH An exception of type com.sun.star.lang.WrappedTargetException was discovered.

Please Help
this is exactly the thing im looking for to gert my work about 40 spredsheeds every 3month Automated !

Well if you can’t upgrade LibreOffice then life is going to be difficult, especially seeing as LO 4.0.2 was notoriously buggy, notwithstanding any peculiar changes that might have been made to the PPA packages.
Where did you get the ReportBuilder from ? Is it a builtin extension, or did you install it as a separate package ? I would sincerely recommend upgrading your LO packages.
