  1. I made one drawing in Draw.
  2. I copied and pasted it into a writer document.
  3. There was a drawing in a writer document and I overwrote old one by new one directly.(I selected old one and just pasted new one)
  4. Then the whole libreoffice program crashed and quit.

Is it bug or did I do something wrong?

Any crash by my humble opinion is a bug and should be reported as bug. I suggest to search for this kind of problem in bug tracker and if not present, then report a bug at: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED

On the other hand I think (not 100% sure) Draw documents are not supported in Writer. I suggest to save documents as picture and import picture in Writer.

I also think this is a bug. I'll do what you said. Thanks.
