When I start libre office or open up a document, I get a restore windows nag. Clicking on either restore or don't restore windows does nothing. And I can't open my documents because of this. I already reinstalled libre office to no avail. Same problem. I'm running lion on a MacBook pro.
Try resetting your user profile, this should fix your problem. But it will also delete all your personal preferences, so you have to set them again.
If you want to avoid this, you can try this:
Do you know the directory of the "want to restore" document(s)?
If so, create a dummy (i.e. empty or whatever) but functionable document in this directory with the very same name and format of the "want to restore" document in that directory.
Now start LibreOffice when the the questions comes up for restoring, hit restore and your dummy documents should be opened. Make sure this document is closed correctly and there should be no questions further asked.
Good luck!
