Trying to insert the Path/File name in the Footer, I did “Insert|Fields|Other|Document” but none of the options shown in the ‘Format’ sub-panel are working
Have you saved the file? The location of a document is unknown until it is saved for the first time, thus the field displays as a blank (or grey highlight if you have field shading turned on).
