My computer clicked off while downloading a spreadsheet from the network. When I rebooted and tried to open LibreOffice 3.4 I got the following fatal error

This Application cannot be started

LibreOffice user installation could not be processed due to missing access rights.

Please make sure you have sufficient access rights for the following C:\users\Tommy\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\3

Hello voxequus,

Sorry for such a late answer. Does your problem still persist? If not, how did you fix it? Can you provide a short comment on that? If it still does, please try the following:

It seems as if your Windows installation messed up the rights of your LO installation which you can change back with a right click on the respective folder and choosing properties and changing the user properties in it.

In addition, you should consider installing a newer version of LibreOffice if possible. The current version is v3.5.4 contains a lot of bugfixes and also new features. You can get a copy under http://www.libreoffice.org/download/.

@voxequus, As @pr said, try a new version. You'll be able to grab LO 4.0 from the download link above in about a week.
