I have just installed Libre Office and the Offline help pack for the first time. (Under Windows XP SP3). Every time I access help I go on-line, there seems to be no way of accessing the off-line help
The help language installed must be the same as the UI language.
Check under menu Tools > Options then on the Options screen choose on the left-hand tree Language Settings > Languages and check which is the Language of User Interface. The Offline Help pack must be of the same language.
If this is not the problem then try one of the solutions in this topic

Yes, that worked first time.
(One was set to English US and one to English UK)
Thanks a lot.
