how to set decimal separator?

Other apps on my PC give me a full stop when I press the decimal separator key on the numeric keyboard. LibreOffice doesn't. How do I force LO to do what I want?

Please check the settings in

Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages > Locale setting...
