Just paste the link to the topic by right clicking on the topic name and selecting Copy Link Location (that is the name in Firefox, might be different in other browsers)
If you want to link to one of the answers, right click on the “link” icon at the bottom right of each answer (above the comments, if there are any) and Copy Link Location
The only items you can not link to are the comments.
You can also use the form [text](http://link/) to manually enter links.
