I am making a database in LO Base and I am wondering if there is a way to make menus like Microsoft Access. I am looking for any option that is built in and I am also happy to work with code if that is what it takes.

I'm not that familiar with MS-Access, so I'm not sure what Access menus look like. Would it be possible for you to prepare a short description of this feature or point to some websites that provide how-tos (screenshots would be really nice) ?
Given that nobody has provided an answer for you yet, I'm going to guess that LO doesn't have this feature :-)
Please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information as possible. Don't forget to mark your bug as an 'enhancement'. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
