please add the feature of snapping (shift+mouse drag?) a chart edge to a cell edge, as one can in EXCEL !
i am a researcher and a power user of EXCEL and this CALC non-feature is most annoying, time wasting, and compels one to work in messy-looking worksheets !

This sounds like a neat feature to add to LO. Please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information as possible so that our developers will be able to fully understand the feature request. Don't forget to mark your bug as an 'enhancement'. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
