first line of the document as the default file name, instead of getting Untitled 1 is it possible?

Sounds like you’ve earned an all-expenses paid trip to…Bugzilla! 
Please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information as possible about this feature. I think a number of people might find it helpful to be able to name files quickly based on the first line (kind of like the first line in git commit messages).
Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.

A bit related to this topic is what happened to me the other day.
I wanted to add a field for the filename in the footer of a writer document. However, the field showed only a dot. When saved the file with a name and added the field, the name appeared in the field.
It easier to understand if the file name field would immediately show the filename (first words of text or untitled 1).
Could this please be added into the bug report /enhancement request?
