Hi, I've installed LO (Vs. 3.5.3 (2/05/2012) pt-BR - OS: Windows 7 SP1 - Java: both 32 and 64 bits JRE - 7u4) and on the first run application, got this error:
(Message in pt-BR) Ptrscr Error
In the message box quote the cause of error is the dannish dictionay (????)

In much cases this help, try resetting the user profile: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
Also when install, the custom install lets to select what dictionaries install.
