Hi there!
I am having problems printing in colour using NeoOffice (which i believe is quite similar to and loosely based on OpenOffice).
I am printing from my Macbook Air to my wireless HP Photosmart 5510 printer via Google Cloud Print.
Any advice pleease?

This site is focused on support for LibreOffice (which is indeed based on the same code as OpenOffice and NeoOffice). I could only find one NeoOffice forum, and you may need to pay a fee to use that service.
You may download a copy of LibreOffice here and see if you experience the same issues with color printing. If we can track down the color printing issues for you in LO, that may help you uncover the corresponding issues in NeoOffice.

You forgot to mention what actually happens? Do you get grayscale output? Also it would be good to know wheter LibreOffice works? Could you please try it as well.
The easiest workaround for any printing related problems is to export to PDF and print from PDF instead.
