Using Microsoft Vista, printer is a Canon MX430, LibreOffice writer will not print any type of document (doc, docx, xps, pdf, etc) and I have updated drivers

Can you print from other programs like Notepad, Wordpad? If not then you have to activate your printer in Windows.
