After downloading 'helppack' & 'install' files I cannot open them to set up and use LibreOffice. I'm using Windows 7 64bit. How can I do it?

What do you mean exactly by "i cannot open"? Do you have administrative privileges on the Win7 box? Please add those details to your question. Thank you!
