Is there a table for the System Character set token for Filter Options?

The example i have has 76 in it but i dont know what that is for.. I found an obscure reference to forcing UTF-8 by using CharacterSet = 76 but it was for some other application.

I could not find this information on the LibreOffice (or TDF) wiki, however I believe what you are referring to are the "Lotus, dBase and DIF" options listed on the Filter Options page of AOO site. These values appear to come from /sal/inc/rtl/textenc.h in the source code.
