Well, the problem has been here for months (maybe years), but I'd like to know whether I can get rid of the empty pages (three of them) in the end of my notes document. It is a big text file, and let's say I search for something using the Ctrl+ F buttons, I find it in the beginning of the file, and then I take the slider and bring it to the bottom (so I can read the latest of my notes there), and I have to go three pages up in order to reach the end of the text. Any suggestions?

I'm okay with you deleting blank pages at the end of your document, but I guess the better question is "are you?" :-)
I'm not really sure what question you're asking -- Are you trying to figure out why there are extra blank pages at the end of your notes document?
