Hi I use mac version. Libreoffice has problem about fake bold ms font.
I installed ms font manually becuase this font is almost essential for public documents in my country.
It has only regular so office programs make fake bold and italic font.
After 4.1 verison, bold is too thick. Printed font is same.
Latest vesion has still same issue.
Is it possible to fix?

Do you mean that you have to use this particular font when you create documents, because you create public documents? That is probably not something you can change by yourself, but it may be easier than guessing what font you are referring to. If you have to rely on office software to create the correct thickness in a font that has not got the correct thickness in itself. I guess you may run into problems when exporting to PDF too.
yeah, this font is essential so I should use this font. Of course I use MS office, local office sw and OO. LO is just one of office tools.
This is likely due to bug fdo#71034. The Core Text engine in MacOS has evidently changed and the way LO emulates bolding (where no bold font is available) is no longer as effective as it was i.e., the rendering is overly heavy.
