How can I install LibreOffice on Windows 7 with 3CX phone installed?

Hi Champs,
Some time ago,I installed Libreoffice without problems under Windows XP. When installing Libreoffice (4.2.5.2) now under Window7 (64bit), I get the following error message: “This installation will update the following files that are currently used by other applications. Please close these applications before continuing: 3CX phone (process ID 3412) and on screen display message for ThinkPad (process ID 2632).” 3CX phone is a VOIP Client. The installation file is from www.libreoffice.org.
I have already installed many open source applications but I never had such issue. Has anyone an idea how to install LibreOffice without impacting the set-up of any other application?

I would simply stop processes ID3412 and 2632 for the time of the installation which is something of 5-10 min.

Did you try to stop the processes ID3412 and 2632 for the time of the installation?
If NO why?
If YES what was the result?
