Why doesn't LibreOffice 4.3.0.4 custom installation allow selection of program modules?

Why can’t program modules be selected for installation when doing a custom install of LibreOffice 4.3.0.4?

The LibreOffice 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2 Installation Wizard, “Custom Setup” window, displayed a “LibreOffice Program Modules” icon that expanded to show Writer, Calc, Draw, Impress, Base, and Math. The user could then select which modules to install and which not to.

The LibreOffice 4.3.0.4 Installation Wizard, “Custom Setup” window, does not show a “LibreOffice Program Modules” icon. Therefore, the user cannot select which modules to install.

Is this inability to choose program modules for installation a bug in the 4.3.0.4 installer, or must all modules now be installed by default?

Installing from “LibreOffice_4.3.0_Win_x86.msi” file, with MD5 checksum verified, on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit.

There is no sense in this"Custom Setup" you has always downloaded the full Stuff.

Refer the answer here. The option was removed in v4.2 for the Windows installer.
