I can not start newly installed version 3.5 on win 7 machine. program looking for "danish dictionary" and crashes!! Using usa e version to install. Have reinstalled twice, same problem.
Maybe related to → Bug 38913 - CRASH when loading Danish dictionary at startup citing msvcr90.dll after upgrade.
You might try that → workaround (Comment #27).
