I install the last version of LOO (3.5.5-3) in Fedora 14 (2.6.35.14-106.fc14.i686), with KDE and Java (6SE Update 25) with the LANG-Es package installed. All via rpm's from download area. The problem is when i tried to run from the options menu, nothing happens, if i try to run from terminal with $libreoffice-3.5 --writer nothing happens, not even a error message.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

the renaming of the user profile did'nt work.

At the end make a rpm -qa|grep office and remove all the office package installed (old staroffice, old openoffice installed) and reinstall LOO from the RPMs.

Now all is working fine.

if trying to launch it from the commandline returns without an error message, then this means it is still running, and the second attempt to launch it just hands over control to the already-running instance.

Check your running processes for libreoffice processes (or "soffice" or soffice.bin) - you can try to kill them & launch LO again.

If the problem persists even after a reboot, try renaming the user profile (~/.config/libreoffice/3) and try again.
