I installed it on my new laptop last Feb…2014. I need to get to some of my document files but… not opening at all. Google browser in use. Windows 8.1.
Please edit the question to more clearly indicate exactly what is occurring i.e., actions taken and the observed behaviour. Does an error message display? Thanks.
Looking at the very short, thus insufficient description of your problem I would try to reset the user profile for LibO.

If this is not the solution, please explain what did you install on your PC after the installation of LibO and what are you doing to open a LibO file.
