When I attempt to open a Libre document, I get an error message saying 'The requested operations requires elevation'. I have completely uninstalled Libre and re installed it with the same results. I am logged in as the Administrator but it still needs to be elevated.
My system is Windows 7 Pro.
That's rather a Windows question.

Usually, you don't need to be logged in as Admin - just right-click on the shortcut and select "run as administrator". I think this is more secure than doing everything as admin.
