I was working on a 15 page paper last night and saved it many times though out the night. But when I restarted my computer this morning, everything that I had added to it the night before was gone. Is there any way that I can get this back asap?
At least the last saved version should be on your PC.
You can find the file
- in LibO: File > recent documents and select the file there
- depending on you OS you might have a folder called “Recent Items” or similar in which your file is to be found
- use the search function of you OS and search for the file. You should be able to use various conditions
— filename or parts of it
— file type
— last nights date and time
— or a combination of above search criteria
