How do I insert an image from database into label

I have a field in my database of type LongVarBinary which is used to hold images (clipart). The database is to be used for producing mailing labels and I wish to “personalise” each label with the clipart from the record. I can successfully store the various clipart images in the database and view them in a suitable form but when I try and produce labels the image is not displayed?

I was looking help for this same problem also. I’d need to insert QR-code (which are in PNG-images) to address labels with LibreOffice. QR-codes (images) are unique for every address label. “question is not relevant or outdated”? Well, I’ll search further.
