I have a lengthy PDF form that needs to be filled out. The PDF form was not created with data entry/printing in mind. I would like to used the PDF as an underlay/overlay/template to create an ODT file that I could later print onto the PDF blank forms.
Can it be done? Using Impress does not allow the fill in function.

Why are you using Impress to create this form? Could you try creating the form in Writer instead?
