Trying to figure out how to SUM a column with formals in it?

Example:
Column D Row 2 has =B2-C2 in it
Column D row 3 has same formal as D2 and so on for the next three rows on same column

now I want to get a sum for the column D with the answers to the formals used in the above statements…
either words D7 will hold the sum of D2:D6 that gives the answers to the formals?

Hi - I’m not sure I understand the question … but the attached spreadsheet includes two proposals : sum of cells producing the same result and sum of the cells using the same formula.
