I am new to LO and I created the form before the database. How do I hook up the form to the database? Thanks in advance.

Right click on the name of your FORM. Choose EDIT. When in edit mode, find an icon on a tool bar that is entitled FORM. You may need to open a toolbar, or choose view of that icon, but it came up as a default on the left side of my edit page. Clicking on that icon will open a dialog box. Choose the DATA tab, and then select which TABLE you want this FORM to "hook up to." Good Question!

Thank you! I was sure surprised when there was no database behind the form. I will create the DB, then go through the steps you outlined. Thanks again.
