Despite the settings below, and having asked only one question, the site is spamming me with updates on many questions. I seem to be notified by email of all activity on the site: questions, answers, and comments. My current email settings are:
Asked by me: no email Answered by me: no email Individually selected: no email Entire forum (tag filtered): no email Comments and posts mentioning me: no email Choose email tag filter: show all tags
What am I doing wrong?

I don't know. Did you go back and look to be sure your selections "stuck", and didn't somehow default to immediately for everything?
