Hi,

I recently started using the JabRef plugin with LibreOffice Writer, which allows me to add citations from a BibTex database. Although adding a citation works fine, I have not found a way to generate a "bibliography" section (expanded text on "author+year+title+publication") based on the citation entries in my text. Any suggestion on another plugin or Writer function to do this job ? Is this functionality better covered with JabRef alternatives (Zotero, Mendeley) ?

I tried the "Insert > Indexes... " option but it does not seem to use the entries that came from JabRef. So, I am only getting the title generated without the list of publications. I think this is because it expects the citation entries to be formatted as "bibliography 1" style.

I think you're searching Menu "Insert" -> "Indexes and Tables" -> "Indexes and Tables...", Index/Table Type "Bibliography"?

Hi @YoViajo,

I suggest that you give Zotero a try. Here's a quick video about it:
