I am not positive of the word suspended. But it seems to say there is a Libre install hanging the system. It has prevented me from loading a new version of Libre and another completely unrelated application. If I try to install a new Libre - it hangs and can’t be canceled. Uninstall of a very old version seems to work; but did not change anything.
Any suggestions or insight?
