Ihave found an Apache OpenOffice extension to open & edit .pdf files: aoo-pdf-import-0.1.0-linux-x86-64. When I try to add it to Libre I get message: Extension requires at least OpenOffice.org reference version 4.0

And it refuses to add the extension. I am running OOo version 4.4. Is there any solution to this or do I need to load the Apache OOo?

BTW the full name of the extension is aoo-pdf-import-0.1.0-linux-x86-64.oxt

Pdf import is already packed with LibreOffice, so it’s no need to add the extension.

Open the pdf file with LibreOffice, it is opened in Draw
