There is a package Report builder for LO. Installation went well. But extension can't be seen in Extensions and It's not in use.

There's a launchpad (Ubuntu) bug related to Report Builder. Did you try to use the PPA as proposed (see comments #15, #17 and #18)?

Do you still have issues with the latest release? If so, please file a bug about this problem, and provide a list of steps including extension installation that can reproduce it. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue!
