I received a .doc file, edited, tracked changes, added comments, exported to .pdf, changes carried over but none of my thoughtful comments!
Many seem unable to open .docx files that I’ve saved from LO. Eporting to .pdf has worked well until now. And I didn’t save the .odt or .docx files with the comments, so …

With the next options, the comments go in the pdf.

Thank you! I’m embarrassed to say I never looked at all those options. I only recently started tracking and sharing with others, and when they couldn’t open docx files I tried the exporting to .pdf. I’m very appreciative of your help.
