Tools -> Macros -> Run Macro. If you encounter a problem, please describe it precisely, otherwise this "question" should get closed, as it is far too broad and doesn't relate to a certain issue.

Perhaps you have a problem with macros security level. You should have a look at the menu Tools > LibreOffice > Security.
