I have downloaded the installaer from the website but it saves as a .man file and Windows can't open files iwth a .man extension. How can I install Libre Office ?

Thanks for the link to the IE8 bug and solution here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53241 This solved the problem and LibreOffice has now installed.
