In Base, I have built a "data entry form" that works fine. Is there a way to build a "lookup form"?

My form displays the data of the table I have it looking at, and I can scroll, or sort, or open a FIND box and find certain records. But what I'd really like, if possible, is a form that has blanks, and if data is entered into one of the blanks and some key is pressed, the form will find that string if it exists in that field of any record in the table, and will then populate all the blanks with the proper data of the other fields of that record. Old DOS database management software used to have this capability, but I haven't figured out how to get Base to do it. Any suggestions?
