How to open a new LibreOffice file from context menu in Windows Explorer

Hi, how can I add the LibreOffice in Win7 context menu to open with right click and "New" button?

Should work out of the box - if i right-click into the right pane of explorer and select "New", there are all LO types listed. Win 7 64bit, LO 3.6.1.2

I have it after updating to 3.6.1.2.

In LibO 3.6.1.2 Final under Windows XP SP3 it works. What can say Windows 7 owners?
