User profile

As others have indicated, Libreoffice keeps crashing on startup. (vista 64 - one user) I have tried to follow the instructions but “Tools” “Option” does not list LO as an application. So how do I locate the ‘profile’ in order to follow the instructions?

Tried that, did NOT work. So uninstalled/reinstalled but in a different folder. Still does not work.
